Transformer

Name: Spook.

Faction: autobot.

Height: 6'7"

Gendertype: male.

Alt. Mode: Bombardier Embrio.

Basic Physical Description: rather small for a cybertronian, neccesity has caused Spook to make his bipedal mode as human-like as possible. Though a bit tall by human standards, he's thin of build, with long and almost reed-like limbs. Like a human, his head is rather round, having very little in the way of angles except for a pair of triangular structures at each side of the head(like ears). He's got four fingers and a thumb at each hand, his feet being more claw-like of design to make climbing easier for him. Very lightly armored, it doesn't take much damage to take him down, though he can withstand several shots from a human gun. Mostly his coloration is light greys and a bit of white.

Personality: Spook is a rather nervous cybertronian, easily startled, and likely to do a very good impression of a clam most of the time. Though, with his one great love, carefully infiltrating computer systems to gather information, he can remain engrossed for ages. Very good at what he does, he often prefer it to having to interact with other cybertonians. When having no choice but to talk, he has a tendency to ramble, speaking almost too fast to follow. On the very rare occasions when he grows to feel safe around someone, he's a bit more relaxed, even cracking a quick joke now and then.

History: when the war started, Spook was terrified. Why, with the demands that was suddenly placed on him, it was a wonder that he didn't go catatonic on the spot. Fortunately he was teamed up with another autobot that he had come to trust though, Spinner being the calming influence he needed. And for several years they worked together, making their contribution to gain information for the autobots.

Then disaster struck, during an off-planet mission. Their ship being attacked by a decepticon force, which heavily damaged both it and those inside. Spook wasn't sure of how long they drifted after that, but he was offline for a long time after that. In a way though, luck was on his side, as he was woken by an alarm as the ship was slowly drawn into the gravity field of a strange planet. Unable to do much about any of the other autobots, Spook was eventually forced to leave the ship, before it began a fatal plunge into the atmosphere of the planet.

For a while, he simply drifted, unable to make a decision about what to do. After what had to be years though, strange signals started to catch his attention. Drawn to a small planet further into the solar system, he discovered that it was inhabited by a primitive race of organics. Their technology was horribly simple, but yet it caught Spook's interest. Finally, in the year 1981, Spook landed at Earth. It was a frightening place really, full of odd creatures, but it would just have to do as his home from then on.

So Spook remained hidden, staying out of sight in metro tunnels and the like, though he did become a bit of an urban legend among homeless and others. As carefull as he was, it just proved impossible not to be seen at all. Things went well enough though, until very recently. Suddenly transformer signals seemed to be everywhere, coming from autobots and decepticons alike. Though part of him was eager to make contact with the autobots, Spook was also rather fearful that the war had made it to Earth, causing him to try to go even further into hiding.

Weapons: Spook was not constructed with any weapons, though he has aquired a couple of small guns that he keeps around(just to be on the safe side).

Name: Squall.

Faction: decepticon.

Height: 23 feet.

Gender: female.

Alt. Mode: F-5 Tiger II.

Basic Physical Description: to be written.

Personality: Squall is an intensely curious person, something that she has carried with her since she was sparked. Unfortunately she is also a decepticon born and raised, which means that that curiosity often manifests in ways that could be called cruel. She rather likes to study things, often by picking them apart to study in minute details. Nor does it really matter if the object of study happens to still be alive at the time, however short that may be. Therefore, while certainly sparked as a fighter, she has gotten increasingly involved in various scientific research. Unless you're something new, a human for example, that happens to catch her curiosity. While possessing a certain haughtiness, what Seeker wouldn't.., she does tend to be fairly friendly and relaxed to her feelow Seekers and superiors at least. In battle, she's rather different to say the least, not at all adverse to causing as much pain as possible to an opponent. Preferably taking them methodically appart if she's got the time.

History:

Name: Chrome.

Faction: autobot.

Height: 17 feet.

Gendertype: male.

Alt. Mode: Jaguar XF.

Basic Physical Description: though originally constructed with rather heavy armor, Chrome had it replaced with roughly medium-level armor early on, not wanting to be slowed down too much. Reflecting his name, Chrome's armor has a highly reflective chrome appearance, making him rather shiny. He looks fairly sturdy of build, broad-shouldered and with relatively short limbs. Though he obviously aren't as agile as more lightly armored transformers though, he's still surprisingly fast as long as he goes straight forwards. In vehicle mode however, he's a bit more maneouverable, having a lower center of gravity. Chrome's head is vaguely like that of a hawk, though with recognizeable human features as well. There's also a pair of ridges starting between his optics, going about halfway up his 'skull' to form a v-shape. His optics are fairly large and has a somewhat deep yellow color.

Personality: Chrome has always been a bit of a workaholic, likely to work himself into the ground on some new job or project if no-one are around to stop him. Thus, he also has a tendency to frown at any signs of failure or insufficiency, that includes just about everyone up to Optimus Prime. He's fairly good at getting people to respect him by his actions, and ability to see more than one side of something. However, he cannot be said to be particurlarly diplomatic, due to the fact that he have the bad habit of telling others exactly what he feels about someone or something. Despite that his temper has a tendency to flare during pressure or in stressful situations, he's more likely to take it out on an enemy or an inanimate object. Oh, and he's a tiny bit vain as well, wanting to stick out from the crowd. This may result in such things as the 'shoot me now' appearance of his armor.

History: back at Cybertron, Chrome started out as something like a secretary/archivist. Over time however, he became increasingly involved in politics, rather enjoying the challenges it gave him. Not that he managed to get very far up in the hierarchy though, due to his (previously mentioned) habit of speaking exactly what was on his mind.
When the war started, it left Chrome with some rather difficult decisions. He had worked with and for people on both sides, and he was rather close to many of them. Not that things were made better by that his friends on both sides wanted him to join them either.

In the end though, he chose to join the autobots, after witnessing the destruction done to his city by decepticons. Well, maybe the autobots destroyed a lot too, but at least they didn't go out of their way to destroy and kill.

Therefore, after getting some upgrades in the way of weapons and armor, he joined a troops of autobot fighters. War was terrible, no doubt about it, but he wasn't going to stand and watch Cybertron being torn down around him either. Over time, Chrome also got a reputation as a bit of a berserker, sometimes surviving out of pure luck. If he hadn't gotten a stern talking to by his Commander though, he probably wouldn't have survived for very long.

As the fronts moved outwards, so did Chrome and the troop he was a part of. Someone had to make sure that the decepticons didn't have an easy time trying to hunt down the civilians fleeing their homeworld after all. For a long while, there was hardly anything but fighting in Chrome's life, one day slipping into the next as they advanced, attacked and fought again.

During a rather extensive combat at some Earth-type planet far away from Cybertron however, Chrome's life took an unexpected change. While rather primitive by cybertronian standards, the natives didn't take well to having their planet turned into a battlefield. So rather desperatly, they turned a newly developed weapon on the fighting transformers. Rather unfortunately, the weapon partially backfired, killing not only most of the cybertronians, but also wiping out any life on the continent.

Functional, if rather badly damaged, Chrome was one of the few survivors. And for a long time, he was more or less on his own, repairing himself as much as he could while trying to think of a way to get off the planet. That was, until he happened to run into a decepticon surviver. Having grown too used to fighting, his first reaction was to attack, only to get rather throughoutly smacked down by the decepticon; Mayhem. Much to his surprise though, the decepticon wasn't really interested in killing him.

Megatron be damned, as Mayhem said, he was getting off the planet one way or another. And two had a better chance at coming up with something than one.

Eventually, they found a way, though not something that Chrome was very proud of. Making their way to another continent, they basically threatened the locals into hand them the equialent of a space shuttle able to take them off the planet.

Rather far from Cybertron and the war, they kept traveling together out of convenience, if rather uneasy. As time passed, they started relying on each other more, which again developed into something of a friendship. So by the time they started to encounter signs of other cybertronians again, they simply avoided them, out of an unspoken agreement. Well, almost at least, Mayhem being a soldier born, he did need a good fight now and then. Therefore they sometimes targeted small groups of decepticons, who Mayhem found to be more of a challenge. Chrome luring them in, and Mayhem closing the trap.

In all, they made a rather good team.

For a long time, the years passed in this manner. Certainly there was plenty of close calls, but that was just part of the fun. Certainly both missed Cybertron, but with the war, they didn't really feel like going back and getting drawn in again. Still, when intercepting a message from Optimus Prime, their curiosity was awakened. It had been a while since they had really talked with any others, a quick visit couldn't hurt...


Weapons: Chrome's weapons includes a standard plasma cannon deploying from his left arm. Capable of going through light armor easily, and medium armor with two or three shots hitting the same place. He's also got a series of electricity conducters in his right hand, that can give another cybertronian a nasty jolt. Though it can damage internal circuitry if fired multiple times, it has its limits though, since Chrome has to get in close to use it.
