Height: 24 feet.
Basic personality: quiet and focused, but not openly to the level of seeming along the lines of obsessed. Obedient and not the most social, but will chat or offer his oppinion if asked. By all appearances sane.
Weapons: for melee fighting, Keenwind has something that's a bit of a shield and a blade in one. Deploying from his right arm, it's oval in shape, and just big enough to protect his chest. The edge of it however, is rather sharp, enough to cut through medium armor if hacking away a few times. With stronger stuff however, it won't do much more than scratch it, unless hitting a vulnerable point. Like most standard decepticon soldiers, he's also equiped with a plasma cannon available both in bipedal form and his alt-mode. This can do light to medium damage to medium armor, possibly heavy if he gets to keep on firing for long enough. Maybe strangely for a Seeker, he's equiped with a missile launcher rather than missiles set at hardpoints on his wings. Available only in his bipedal mode, it deploys from his back and can be angled over either shoulder. The launcher holds seven small missiles when fully loaded, each programable for a target. The missiles does about medium damage to medium armor.

Notes: Keenwind is rather an expert on weapons. He never got quite as far as getting to constructing
weapons and upgrades himself, for the most part. However, he has a knack for understanding the function of a weapon and how to integrate a new, finished
weapon into a mech's frame for an upgrade. As well as extracting a weapon and energy systems etc for it, intact.
Armor level: medium.
Plot: he'll be part of a plot to cut Fireblast free from Tsunami's influence(hopefully). There will also be a part where he makes an attempt at killing Tsunami when getting the opportunity, but details about the full plot will be given as soon as we got them. For the mods to look over and to be discussed.
Exactly who'll kill him is still up in the air.
